Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of the website of HENARAN charitable foundation, which is registered and based in the Republic of Armenia. By accessing our website www.henaran-fund.org, including the materials and information posted therein and using our donation system, you accept these Terms & Conditions, including the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.

Donation
You acknowledge and agree that as soon as donation is done HENARAN foundation retains control over the donated funds. In the event that a fund-raising project is fully funded or HENARAN foundation receives a donation without reference to a specific project or category, the donated funds will be allocated to HENARAN foundation’s general fund.
